Paternostro/Burkland/Fiorentino
Trophic Level Distribution (Album; Free Jazz, Harsh Noise, Free Improv) A CDr released on Humanhood Recordings. More free improv/noise stuff akin to the Takeshita/Fiorentino Duo stuff, only this time Tim Burkland drops the Takeshita alias, and we're joined by saxophonist Vinnie Paternostro (Temple of Bon Matin, Sonic Suicide Squad, Shadow of Vesuvius, Radon Ensemble, among many others) who greatly improves the dynamic of the group. I really like how this one came out. It ended up getting a review in the April 2022 issue of The Wire. Released January 20, 2022 Credits: Vinnie Paternostro - Tenor Sax Tim Burkland - Electronics Nathan Fiorentino - Drums, Percussion |
Erronia Surrection
MICFUCKER 2000 (Album; Harsh Noise) An album of noise tracks I made a while ago and never got around to releasing. Recorded with a really bad microphone and then distorted. In a way it's kind of like a return to form back to the first couple Erronia Surrection releases back in 2018. Released January 9, 2022 Credits: Nathan Fiorentino - Noise, Artwork |
Nathan Fiorentino
Abehrcvo (Album; Free Improvisation?) A free improv EP featuring no "real" instruments. Nevertheless, many of the same sensibilities at play in my more "normal" free improv stuff are in here despite the lack of instruments. The titles have no pronunciation. Any attempt to speak them verbally is a mispronunciation. Released January 6, 2022 Credits: Nathan Fiorentino - Sounds, Artwork, Recording |
Takeshita / Fiorentino Duo
Phoenix Splash b/w Tree of Woe (Album; Harsh Noise, Free Improvisation) Another improv between me and Takeshita, this time on a lathe cut 7" picture disc. There was a limited number of copies and you missed your chance. You'll just have to add it to your Discogs wishlist or something in the meantime. It features artwork from Kyndra Lee. Released February 16, 2021 Credits: Nathan Fiorentino - Drums Konosuke Takeshita - Noise |

Takeshita / Fiorentino Duo
Takeshita / Fiorentino Duo (Album; Harsh Noise, Free Improvisation) An improv collaboration between me and Takeshita where I play drums and Takeshita plays noise on top of it. While this isn't technically my first physical release, it kinda feels like it since my previous two physical releases were a tape that only had 2 copies made (and only one actually sold), and a homemade CDr label sampler that was only like, 3 copies or something and was only given out at one show in California. This time there are actually physical copies available to buy should you want to buy one. Released September 26, 2020 My drum tracks were recorded in Springfield somewhere around February 2020 Credits: Nathan Fiorentino - Drums Konosuke Takeshita - Noise |
Erronia Surrection
Erronia Surrection (Album; Harsh Noise, Noisecore) Finally I released this self-titled album of mine that I'd been meaning to get around to doing since I started doing Erronia Surrection 2 years before. And I released it on a label that I started called Mushi Mezuru. Released April 20th, 2020 Recorded August 4th, 2019 and November 3rd, 2019 in Easthampton. Credits: Nathan Fiorentino - Drums (tracks 1-5, 17), Vocals (tracks 6-17), Guitar (tracks 6-17) Aaron Morgan - Guitar (tracks 1-5), Vocals (tracks 1-5, 15-16), Drums (tracks 6-17), Bass (track 17) |

Unsuitable Door Noise (Single; Harsh Noise Wall) Harsh Noise Door. This single was made using a door. The b-side titled "Knock Knock" was not made with a door but I felt like including it since it's just been lying around and I though it'd be kinda fitting for this release Released June 1st 2019 Track 1 recorded May 23rd 2019 in Springfield. Track 2 recorded September 6th 2018 in Springfield Credits: Nathan Fiorentino - Noise, Production, Door (track 1), Percussion (track 2) |

Instrument Disorder (EP; Noise, Free Improvisation) An ear-splitting drum noise album with high pitched ringing snare drum influenced by Tatsuya Yoshida. The album title and artwork parody The Gerogerigegege's Instruments Disorder. One track containing one song played by one guy with one instrument. Released February 25th 2019 Recorded February 24th 2019 in Springfield. Credits: Nathan Fiorentino - Drums, Recording Engineer, Album Artwork, Production |
